Ordering & Payment Terms
All ordering is done through this secure website. Each order is accompanied by an order confirmation email and a follow-up email with a tracking number. When you place an order with us, you will be connected to our web site through SSL using https. That means that the connection to our server from your computer has been encrypted in a way that others cannot evesdrop. When you place your order and enter the credit card number your credit card number is sent for verification check on a secure line to our bank and then encrypted using MD5 encryption if needs to be sent through email correspondence with you. This ensures that the number cannot be viewed and understood by others (human or computers). Credit card numbers will always be encrypted. Your email address you provide during the checkout phase will only be used to contact you with a UPS tracking number or further instructions regarding your order. We do not use your email address for any other purpose. We will not put you on a mailing list or distribute your address.
We accept West Union, Paypal, MoneyBookers, VISA and MASTERCARD.
Accessories Warranty
Each accessory, new or used, carries a 30-day warranty against defects. If a accessory has failed during this period of time you can return it to us for an exchange of the same accessory only. You are responsible for ordering the correct accessory as we will not exchange any accessory which was incorrectly ordered. There is also no refund on any accessory, just the above mentioned exchange for a defective accessory.
Shipping Methods
We ship out all accessories free of charge via Hong Kong Airparcel Service. All accessories are shipped same day if ordered Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay shipment pickup. You can receive accessories in 7 to 14 days. If you want to reduce the delivery time, please contact us before order or within 12 hours after order. That will cost some extra shipping charge.
We do not ship to APO, P.O. Boxes. Signature upon delivery is REQUIRED. Each accessory we sell is individually sealed in an anti-static bag and packed for the protection of the contents shipped. Customer is required to pay international duty and taxes for receipt of poduct.
